Ionian Colours consists of 2 luxurious boutique-style villas, ideally situated in a unique position of elevation, overlooking the Bays of Argostoli & Lixouri, in the area of Thinia, on the South Western coastline of Kefalonia.
The interior and exterior of the property originates from Venetian influences and style, which have been used to decorate the exterior of Kefalonian properties throughout recent history, and our 3 villas reflect perfectly the balance between traditional and contemporary designs.
 
Both maisonettes are ideal for couples or small parties who are looking to explore and enjoy a famous destination like Kefalonia, but from the peace and comfort of a relatively remote retreat. Located very conveniently in the area of Kardakata, most of the islands highlights are in reasonable distance. Each house spreads over an area of 60m2 and can accommodate up to 3 guests in comfort. The ground floor comprises open plan living area, fully-equipped kitchen & dining area and a modern wet room complete with shower, WC and wash basin. The contemporary open-style staircase leads to an upper floor level, which features: one double bedroom: open-plan area housing the sofa-bed, as well as a private balcony area with a stunning sea view. The Blue house also features a beautiful elevated terrace, also private to the Blue House guests, where you can sunbathe, watch the sunset with a glass of wine and enjoy the colours of the Ionian Sea!
Our Yellow house also spreads over an area of 60m2 and can accommodate up to 4 guests in comfort, in a layout almost identical to the Blue house. The ground floor comprises open plan living area, fully-equipped kitchen & dining area and a modern wet room complete with shower, WC and wash basin. The contemporary open-style staircase leads to an upper floor level, which features: one double bedroom, open-plan area housing a single bed, as well as a private balcony area with a stunning sea view, offering the opportunity to relax and enjoy the views at any time of the day!
 
Externally, the villas are situated around a large impressive communal courtyard, a focal area with Al Fresco dining seating up to 12 people in comfort, as well as many private areas for those peaceful reflective moments during the morning, afternoon and evening times, where guests can take in the amazing views from these wonderful properties and enjoy the tranquillity that Ionian Colours offer our guests. We also have a feature BBQ area externally, which all our guests have the use of. The stunning patio views are enhanced perfectly by the natural aroma and scent of an array of carefully chosen local plants and foliage.
